Following CEI's earlier successes as master developer and asset manager for the UMW Foundation's Eagle Village redevelopment, the university asked CEI to serve as fee developer for this multi-use main campus facility. The project included an 800-seat dining center, kitchen facilities, student organization offices, a 470-seat ballroom, meeting rooms, a retail dining venue, and student affairs administrative offices.
