The firm conceived, staffed, and ran a five-year, $950 million program to assemble more than 131 school-construction sites for the Los Angeles Unified School District. Within the same mandate, it arranged funding and directly developed four of the campuses — among them Maurice Sendak Elementary and Rosa Parks Learning Center — in one of the largest education site-assembly efforts of its kind.
