Eagle Village — University of Mary Washington

Selected by the University of Mary Washington Foundation as master developer and asset manager, the firm transformed an aging mall across Route 1 into Eagle Village. The development delivered a 624-bed student housing community, a mixed-use office-and-retail building, structured parking, and a gateway pedestrian bridge connecting the project directly to the main campus. It was completed on time and on budget — the Foundation marked the occasion with a banner on the building — and later expanded with a Hyatt Place hotel as its final phase.
